Realtime utilizing LiveNote DepoStream uses the Internet to send out realtime transcript text to LiveNote users no matter where they are located. The transcript is transmitted to LiveNote's secure Realtime Server and encoded, so any number of users can be logged into the server to receive the transcript text, with the integrity of each parties. privacy and confidentiality remaining in tact, through a system of "grouping" the members together. This allows confidential communication between "members" of the groups to communicate via instant messaging.

Realtime software programs including Reallegal® iBinder™, LiveNote® and Summation™ enable the capture of the live deposition transcript and audio feed from the court reporter. The realtime text is available to individuals at the deposition site or anywhere in the world through secure internet connections.

In addition to seeing the transcript text, remote attendees can also:

  • Hear testimony through realtime audio streaming
  • Save received messages in LiveNote with the realtime transcript

  • Create and find annotations and quick marks
